The Luemo Leadership Program is a comprehensive and personal course of engaging learning and is recommended for your leaders and emerging leaders. Investing in leadership at this level will make a difference to engagement, retention and productivity now, and, builds a base of strong leadership capability for your future.

The program is delivered over approximately 16 weeks which allows sufficient time for an array of concepts to be covered in depth and for participants to experience sustained personalised professional development attention. The timetable allows time for participants to reflect and practice skills, and for real leadership change to take effect within a satisfying time horizon.

Each participant will come with their own set of skills, style and need for development. Therefore, the program is designed with a combination of group sessions to cover common principles and one-on-one sessions to really focus on each participants unique development needs.

The program is centred around three key principles:

1. Leadership of Yourself
2. Leadership of Your Team
3. Stepping into the C-Suite

As we progress, participants will heighten their self-awareness, find their ‘leadership mantra’, and develop their leadership and management skills. They will be held accountable for making change and be expected to fully engage in all sessions and complete the out of session tasks in their own time. Program takeaways include participants own personal strengths and development report, their personal leadership plan, and their personal ‘go to’ leadership principles, techniques, and habits.

Elements of the Luemo leadership program:

• One-on-one coaching sessions targeted at building skills and confidence particular for each individual leader.
• Personalised assessments and report (we use Harrison Assessments). A key outcome is identification of their potential workplace superpowers and how to use them, and, to raise awareness of possible derailers and strategies to manage them.
• Small group sessions to cover introduction and key concepts efficiently. Session topics may cover ‘Management vs Leadership’; ‘Resilient Leadership’; ‘How to Connect and Inspire’; and ‘Key Conversations’.
• Giddy-up calls and Buddy-up activities to enhance learning momentum and help build a collegiate culture amongst your leaders.
• Development of a personal leadership plan is a key takeaway from the program.
• A group presentation to the participants’ leaders at the end of the program will round out their experience and represent another new starting point on their leadership journey.
• Participants will have full access to the online Luemo Resource Centre
• Virtual and in person delivery available
