Sometimes we can be on ‘autopilot’ and lose touch with how we are feeling about life. Here you can access a simple tool to help you gain some insight into how you may be coping.

The DASS was developed by researchers at the University of NSW in Australia. It is a respected, commonly utilised self report scale designed to measure the negative emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress. The full version of the scale consists of 42 questions, however, the scale presented here is the shortened version of 21 questions, otherwise known as the DASS 21.

After completing the 21 questions and clicking ‘submit’ you will receive short written feedback on this system. Your results will be seen only by you and will not be stored on this site or in any system or distributed to any other person.
